Wedding Vendors: Best Practices for Photo Sharing

Wedding Vendors: Best Practices for Photo Sharing

Hi there, fellow wedding venders! You’re receiving this document because of all of the hard work that you & our team have done to provide awesome work for our beautiful couples.

As a good business partner, we are very happy if we can support you & your business to grow bigger and bigger. Please feel free to use photos that we have shared with you to support your business.

However, each photography company approaches vendor photo sharing differently as well as each photographer has a unique manner of working and a different reason for sharing (or not sharing) the photos they generate. So we hope you and your team understand and follow our guidance professionally.

Collaboration With Wedding Vendors Benefits Both Parties

48 Studio views weddings as a business that relies on the value of connections. When we deal with wedding vendors, we attempt to build long-term partnerships in which we work together both before and on the day of the wedding.

We like sending vendors wedding photos from couples who have accepted a model release agreement. Since the couple agreed to this in their contract, 48 Studio is allowed to share their photos with you legally.

We all have varied degrees of protectiveness and particularity when it comes to our work. Obviously, we’re not attempting to be aggressive or demanding in any way. There was nothing more to it.
We just ask that in return for the photos you’ve received, you agree to follow the guidelines that we have presented down below. Because this is a mutually beneficial arrangement.
